Hotel Vatel Bordeaux

I had a great stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was great, and my room was nice and clean. The hotel facilities were excellent, and they even provided little extras like bottled water. The location of the hotel was perfect, right by the river and close to many places of interest. Getting around was easy, as the hotel was conveniently located near the tram and within walking distance of the city center.

The location of Hotel Vatel was perfect for exploring the beautiful city. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the wet room was a nice touch. The staff were new but friendly and even allowed us a late check-out. The option for breakfast as room service was convenient, although the menu card was a bit confusing. The availability of an iPhone in the room was a unique and helpful feature.

We had a great stay at the hotel, which was conveniently located within walking distance of the main attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with eco-friendly amenities. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast options were satisfactory. We also appreciated the easy access to the tram, making it convenient to explore the city.

The mattress could have been more comfortable for a better night's sleep.

We had a very good experience at this place. The rooms were extremely clean and quiet, with top-class beds and linens. The bathroom was well laid out and modern, with high-quality shower facilities. We also appreciated the spaciousness of the room and the convenience of opening the windows. The staff, although young and in training, were friendly and courteous. The hotel had excellent facilities for disabled guests, and we particularly enjoyed the comfortable bar area and the lovely outdoor courtyard. The location of this hotel, right across from the tram stop, was very convenient for exploring the city. Wi-fi was excellent and the hotel was well-appointed and clean. The staff cheerfully assisted with our bags and provided small touches like face cloths and bottled water. our stay at this hotel was enjoyable and comfortable.

The A/C kept turning itself off and the temperature couldn't be lowered below 23 degrees at night. Opening the window also rendered the A/C ineffective.
